Proven Steps To Reverse Tether an Android Phone

Nowadays many Android users have been using their Android phone internet (2G/3G) to surf the internet on their Personal Computers (PCs). Today I want to share how your can reverse this method i.e. surfing on your Android phones with your PCs internet connections (Ethernet, LAN, WIFI e.t.c.).

 What you need to have to get started:

1. USB cable, Rooted Android Phone (You must install drivers for your device).

2. A personal computer (unless u want to carry a portable version installed in flash drive)

3. Xposed App (Included in the extracted folder in step 2)

4. Hack Connectivity App (Included in the extracted folder in step 2)
 How to get started:

1. Ensure that that USB debugging is turned on Settings > Applications > Development > USB Debugging > Turn On

2. Connect Your Android mobile to Your PC using your USB cable (Ensure u select PC mode on your Android phone).

3. Download The Android Reverse Tethering Tool (see link above), Extract It to a suitable location on ur Hard Disk), Open the folder.

4. Now open "Android Tool.exe" in the Android Reverse Tethering Folder (see picture above).

5. First refresh and select your Device, choose a DNS to be used and check the DNS (You Can Use Google DNS 8.8.8.8 , 8.8.4.4 ).

6. Go to Tool Tab, find the location of the "adb.exe" program within the Android Reverse Tethering Folder, copy and past the location inside the box space that read "enter the path to the "adb.exe"

7. Install Hack Connectivity (this will install (xposed app, hack connectivity service app and Tunnel app to your android phone. The hack connectivity is necessary because some applications like Play Store requires active connection. So the system will be fool that there is a Wifi connected and this is called fake Wifi . This will be usefull in download apps rom Play store .

8. Xposed Framework and hack connectivity are now

Installed and you must update the Xposed Framework , check the Hack Connectivity Service under the Modules Menu & then restart the Mobile phone. See image below for the steps on the Xposed installer

9. Restart and open Hack Connectivity Service, select Wifi Button and activate it.

10. Finally, click Connect Button in Android reverse tethering Tool, on your Android phone, a Tunnel app will open, remember to grant the app superuser permission. Also you will see this on your PC if successfully connected.
